I appreciated the place, everything was very comfortable. The rooms were impeccable, especially those with brilliant views, the beautiful garden and air conditioning. The location was lovely, at a moderate distance from Cala Gamba. The restaurant was PLEASANT, I ordered amazing dishes.

The setting is perfect, not far from the cruise terminal in time, nearby beach and many good restaurants within walking distance, very relaxing area. For tea and goodies visit El Dos Beach Bar, located close by.

The staff are exceptionally nice and the location is marvellous and beautiful right on the beach.

The property's location is perfect, not far from the cruise terminal, the beach and free parking in adjacent road, and the city center of Palma. Also, it's close to Torre d'en Pau.

The staff were amazingly nice, the breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of food.

Nothing to complain about, I had a fabulous short experience, thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was very comfortable, so where incredible views of the sea. I got an extremely pleasant room with private bathroom. The location was quiet and the best, 5 km to Palma de Mallorca airport, perfectly reachable. There were supermarkets and shopping centres around the hotel.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this charming family-run beachside hotel. The staff were all delightful and friendly, making us feel well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a bath and strong shower. Breakfast was included, and we loved eating in the garden by the pool. We also enjoyed the close proximity to a lovely beach, several good restaurants, and a flat beachside bike path that led into town. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We did experience a disturbance one night when a baby was crying all night, but we understand these things can happen anywhere, and overall our stay was still fantastic.

A pleasant, private hotel in a good location. Excellent staff who were always on hand with advice and tips on how to make the most of what Palma has to offer. Small but nice garden too.

Adequate and absolutely superb breakfast, plenty of options available. Adequate, impeccable room, with great bed and pillows. Perfect and excellent position in the very relaxing area, very close to Majorca, good restaurants and very helpful staff, and Playa de Palma;)))

I stayed at Hotel Ciutat Jardi for 4 nights in February and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, suggesting places to visit and eat. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and the rooms were comfortable, with a great terrace. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and right across from a fantastic beach. The hotel even offered bikes for rent, allowing me to have an amazing bike ride along the coast towards the center of Palma. The breakfast with jazz music and a stunning view was the perfect way to start the day.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
